This video is about practical exercises you can use to teach yourself how to use a racket.
I’m playing with a squash ball and racket, but this exercises are good for every major racket sports.

The exercises are meant to be done in order because each one builds upon the previous.
The exercises in order are:
1-Bounce the ball on your racket plate
2-Bounce the ball on your backhand racket plate
3-Make the ball bounce on the racket plate while alternating between forehand and backhand.
4-Make the ball bounce against a wall and let it bounce once, while using the forehand
5-Do the same with the backhand
6-Do the volley forehand
7-Do the volley backhad
8-Place yourself so that you have the wall on your side and do the forehand.
9-Place yourself on the opposite side and use the backhand
10-Do the forehand volley while having the wall on your side
11-Do the backhand volley while having the wall on your side

After you have done all these exercises you will be ready to learn the proper technique for your chosen racket sports
